ORDERING

DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER ON SONYASCLOTHING.COM?

A Sonya’s account is not required to place an order. However, creating an account is recommended to streamline future shopping experiences and provide convenient access to order management.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

To ensure the fastest possible delivery, Sonya’s is unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been placed. In the event of an error, the team will make every effort to provide assistance.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Sonya’s accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within 24 business hours of placing an order. Those with a Sonya’s account can also check the status of their order through their account dashboard.

WIll I BE CHARGED SALES TAX?

To comply with state regulations within the United States, sales tax is applied at checkout on all applicable orders.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All formalwear sales are final. Full-priced clothing may be returned within 10 days of the date received. Sale merchandise and accessories are also final sale. For full return details, please refer to the Terms and Conditions page.

HOW LONG DOES A RETURN OR EXCHANGE TAKE TO PROCESS?

Once items are received and inspected by Sonya’s, refunds are issued within 3–5 business days. Customers will be notified when the refund has been processed. Please note that it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to appear in the customer’s bank account, depending on processing times between financial institutions.

DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING?

Orders placed before 12 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday, are eligible for expedited shipping. Orders placed after 12 p.m. EST will be shipped on the following business day. Express shipping costs are calculated based on the order’s weight and the destination zip code.

WHAT ABOUT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Sonya’s is currently unable to offer international shipping.

DO YOU SHIP TO P. O. BOXES?

Sonya’s is currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

Sonya’s ships from Cranston, Rhode Island and uses UPS as the primary shipping carrier.

Each designer’s sizing may vary. For assistance with sizing, customers are encouraged to contact Sonya’s directly for personalized support.

Customer service is available Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. The staff at Sonya’s is ready to assist with any inquiries. Support is provided via email and can be reached at office@sonyasclothing.com. Please allow up to one business day for a response. Customer service is not available on Sundays or national holidays.
