Shipping and Returns
Customer service is our #1 priority
- Customers will receive an email confirming the order and ship date within 48 hours.
- A charge will be incurred only when the purchase has been allocated for shipping.
- Orders UPS Ground free of charge. A shipping fee will be incurred if expedited shipping is needed.
- We do not ship outside the US & Canada.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or to second parties.
- Full priced clothing may be returned within 10 days of date received.
- All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn with tags attached and packaged as received. All items are inspected upon return. Sonya’s reserves the right of refusal if any return should not meet these requirements.
- Refunds will be processed in the form of original payment. Original and return shipping & handling costs are non-refundable. Please enclose a copy of the original receipt.
- To initiate a return, please email us at sonyasclothing.com and a return authorization will be issued. The return authorization number must be written on the outside of the return box. If the return is not authorized, it will be refused and a credit will not be issued.
- Sale items and accessories are a final sale.
- All returns must be prepaid and insured. COD packages will not be accepted.
- This policy applies only to items purchased on sonyasclothing.com Items purchased in store must be returned within 10 days for merchandise credit only with the original tags attached and with the receipt. Sale items, accessories, formals and special orders are a final sale.

- All Formalwear sales in store and online are a Final Sale.
- Orders cannot be cancelled unless we cannot fulfill your selection, size or meet your wear date.
Prices reflected on our website reflect the Designer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). The designers that we represent do not allow their collections to be displayed on a website for a lower price than the MSRP.
Any questions about our Online sale policy or purchases should be directed to Sonya’s during store hours so that we may address and answer questions personally.
Sonya’s wants you to be completely satisfied with your online shopping experience. All information submitted is kept strictly confidential via our secure server. This information is used solely to create profiles, process orders and to provide a more personalized service experience. We do not keep your credit card information on file and we will not share your personal information with third parties.
